Gibbs pushes Tony and drives away

Gibbs and Tony get in an argument, Gibbs pushes Tony who falls backwards, Gibbs walks away and gets in the car and drives away. What he doesn’t see is that Tony lands on a pitchfork or something similar and is impaled. Tony then doesn’t show for work the next day and they search for him. He’s gravely injured and there’s a scene where Gibbs is desperately sponging down his fever in the hospital.
