Tim as Gibbs son & McGee's book turning into TV show or movie searches

Looking for a story where Gibbs finds out Tim is his son. He see's Tim's mom at the NCIS building and I think puts two and two together. Also any others along that line or where Tim is Shannon's kid that Gibbs did not know about is fine, he can be Gibbs/Shannon's son or Shannon from her cheating on him when he was over seas. Bonuses if Jackson finds out and is excited about Tim being his grandson.

Also looking for a fic (I read one once but think it's no longer available) where McGee's book gains popularity enough to Hollywood and wants to do a show or a movie about it and following the team around. Bonus if we see others from NCIS to FBI realizing that Tim could or is famous now for his book. Even one's of just a film crew following the team around would be awesome. Would be nice if we see their families reactions to seeing them on TV, especially the admiral.
